Todd Rogenthien is an award winning storyteller with more than two decades of experience in communications. His love of video, writing, marketing and communications translates into a commitment to excellence seen in his work and voiced by clients of Media Masters. Todd started Media Masters in 2013, after working in corporate healthcare marketing. Prior to that, he worked for two decades in television journalism and live sports production. Todd now works with a team of trusted marketing and communications partners who are considered the best of the best in their specialties. Todd has traveled the the world over the past 20 years covering prominent news makers, like Pope John Paul II, Presidents Bill Clinton, George W. Bush, and Barack Obama, as well as Governors George Pataki, Mike Huckabee, Jesse Ventura and Rick Perry, but it was telling the stories of everyday people doing extraordinary things that fueled his passion for video storytelling. From the local newsroom to the corporate boardroom, Todd has experienced all aspects of communications. His experience also includes logistics and planning as a logistics manager for the volleyball competition at the 1996 Atlanta Olympic Games, as well as assisting in the creation of the video marketing resource at Scripps Health in San Diego. As director of photography at KVUE-TV in Austin, Texas, he helped oversee a staff of 14 photojournalists and worked to strengthen the quality of the station's video and storytelling. During his 5 years at KVUE, the station was named photojournalism station of the year 4 times by the Texas Associated Press Broadcasters. Todd has been honored 14 times as Photographer of the Year by the National Academy of Television Arts and Sciences, the National Press Photographers Association, the Radio and Television News Directors Association and the Associated Press. He has been honored with more than a dozen Emmys, Tellys and Bernays Awards for his creative storytelling and communications. He won back to back national Edward R. Murrow awards for videography in 2006 and 2007. His career started as a public relations intern and has come full circle as a versatile communications specialist who will effectively market your brand and ideas to your clients with video.
